A sparkling red Cabernet Sauvignon with fruity aromas of black currant and other ripe wild berries. Diamond Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful red wine that clearly brings out its flavors on the palate. A very nicely balanced wine that, in addition to its fruity aspects, also has well-integrated tannins. Diamond Hill Cabernet Sauvignon gave us a very nice fruity aftertaste that slowly fades away.

This Cabernet Sauvignon goes very well with lamb and beef dishes and a good selection of strong cheeses.

It is best served at a temperature of 14° - 16°C
